Make Researching Using Athens Easier |

Please note than an Athens account is required, contact your institution or register for a free NHS eLibrary account; which includes an Athens login. Register here... (for Scotland) here... (for England) and here... (for Wales).
Now follow these instruction to easier research:

Download and Install the Firefox browser.

Download the Athens toolbar here... , and install following the on screen instruction.

Now when you open your new Firefox browser you will see the Athens toolbar.

Click on Athens option and then go to MyAthens

Login with your username and password (see note above)

Now you should see a list of all your databases on the toolbar, you can click the desired database and it will take you there.

You won't have to keep on interesting your password as it remembers your password until you restart your computer.
This small tutorial will only save you some time, but if your searching for articles using google it will remember your username and password should you need to login via athens. Just find an article, click athens login, and it will automatically log you in.
